Minor assaulted in Meerut Medical College

A 15-year-old girl, admitted for a leg surgery at a Meerut medical college, was allegedly raped by Rohit (20), who was attending another patient in the same ward.
The incident reportedly happened in the hospital toilet on June 20.

Survivor told mother, leading to FIR

The survivor shared what happened with her mother two days later, leading to an FIR and Rohit's arrest.
Police are now checking if any hospital staff were negligent or involved, reviewing CCTV footage, and have promised strict action to ensure justice for the victim.
