Mumbai: Man arrives from Bangkok with hydroponic weed worth ₹10.5cr

Mumbai Customs made arrests at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport.
On the night of October 19-20, they arrested a passenger from Bangkok who was allegedly carrying 10.5kg of hydroponic weed in his trolley bag—worth a whopping ₹10.5 crore.
The bust falls under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act.

In another check, officials caught a different traveler with a gold bracelet and chain weighing 200gm, valued at about ₹23.5 lakh.
