Mumbai school teacher arrested for assaulting 5 students

A math teacher from a Dadar school in Mumbai has been arrested after five sixth-grade students accused him of sexual assault.
The case came to light when one student told her parents about being touched inappropriately and shown absence photos and videos.
Her family quickly contacted the police, leading to the teacher's arrest.

Investigation focuses on student safety

The teacher faces charges under the POCSO Act and other laws, with police discovering that four more classmates had similar experiences.
He's now in police custody while authorities have spoken with other students and asked teachers to report if more students come forward.
