Noorjahan mango 3.3kg sold for ₹3,800 in Katthiwada Madhya Pradesh
India
A Noorjahan mango weighing a massive 3.3kg was snapped up for ₹3,800 in Katthiwada, Madhya Pradesh, the biggest one seen this season.
Nicknamed the "Queen of Mangoes," this variety is famous for its size and rarity, with fruits tipping the scales between 2.5kg and 5kg.
Limited Noorjahan supply draws global buyers
Noorjahan mangoes are super exclusive: local farmer Bharatraj Singh Jadav grows just 13 trees using organic methods and even hires guards to protect them.
Buyers from Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Maharashtra, and even places like the U.A.E. and US can't get enough of these giant mangoes.
Their huge size and limited supply make them a real showstopper wherever they go.
