Most of Modi's last three Diwalis spent with security personnel

Modi had spent Diwali 2014 with the people of Kashmir, when the state was recovering from devastating floods. In 2015, he was at a war memorial along the Indo-Pak border near Amritsar. Last year, he met security personnel in Himachal Pradesh. While meeting the personnel this time, he lauded them for practising yoga regularly. A day after Diwali, he will visit the Kedarnath shrine.
