PM Modi hosts BRICS Symphony gala dinner in New Delhi
Prime Minister Modi will host a gala dinner for various world leaders in New Delhi, featuring the "BRICS Symphony," an ensemble of about 160 artistes with musicians from India and other BRICS nations.
The gala dinner segment on September 12, 2026, will feature vibrant Indian classical dances like Bharatnatyam and Kathak, along with traditional instruments and some vocal performances, giving everyone a taste of India's rich culture.
Modi unveils 10-point global governance plan
The symphony, put together by the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR), highlighted how BRICS countries can celebrate their diversity together. Artists from various other member countries of BRICS joined in too.
During the summit, Modi shared his 10-point plan to reform global governance and called for more focus on the Global South.
Leaders also adopted the New Delhi Declaration, checked out innovative exhibits, and planted trees on the lawns of the mega convention center.
