BRICS: News

BRICS is the association of five major countries. These major economies are Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa. South Africa joined the association in 2010. The BRICS nations hold annual summits. These summits are to encourage commercial, political and cultural cooperation. The first summit was hosted by Russia in 2009 and the latest 10th summit was hosted by South Africa in 2018.
