PM Modi to launch 4 new Vande Bharat trains tomorrow

On November 8, 2025, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will launch four new Vande Bharat Express trains from Varanasi.
The new routes—Banaras-Khajuraho, Lucknow-Saharanpur, Ferozepur-Delhi, and Ernakulam-Bengaluru—will push India's total Vande Bharat services to 164.

Ferozepur-Delhi

This train is now the fastest way to travel between Ferozepur and Delhi, covering 486km in just 6 hours and 40 minutes.
It runs six days a week (except Wednesdays), stopping at places like Faridkot, Bathinda, Kurukshetra, and Panipat—where it's the first-ever Vande Bharat stop.
The hope is this will give tourism and local businesses in these towns a real boost.
