Vehicle plunges in Champawat gorge, 2 killed 3 injured

A heartbreaking accident hit Uttarakhand's Champawat district when a vehicle carrying five people plunged nearly 200 meters into a gorge near Bapru-Bantoli Road.
Sadly, Rajendra Kumar, 47, and Baldev Kumar, 34, both from Didihat, didn't survive.
Three others, Neetu Devi, 31, Akshita, 8, and Aarav, 5, were injured but rescued.
State Disaster Response Force rescues victims
The State Disaster Response Force acted fast, teaming up with local police to pull survivors out and recover the bodies.
The rescue was tough but coordinated well.
Just days earlier, another tragic crash happened in the Jharipani area on Mussoorie Road, reminding everyone how risky these mountain roads can be.
