Water at MP CM Dr. Mohan Yadav event turbidity 37x
At a recent event with Madhya Pradesh chief minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, the water served was flagged as unsafe: its turbidity level was almost 37 times higher than the recommended standard.
This happened during his visit to Semliya Ashram in Shajapur on April 30, raising serious questions about health and safety at official gatherings, especially since a similar water issue recently led to several deaths in Indore.
Dr. Pandey: tests skipped, only transfer
Despite strict security for VVIP events, key water safety tests, like bacterial and heavy-metal checks, were skipped, according to scientist and environmentalist Dr. Subhash C. Pandey, who specializes in water quality.
After the incident, only a routine transfer of an official took place (no real action was taken), which has sparked concerns about how seriously authorities are treating public health risks.
