Ahead of India's highly anticipated T20I series against Australia, Rinku Singh has made a mark in the 2025-26 Ranji Trophy. Playing for Uttar Pradesh, he scored a brilliant century against Andhra Pradesh in the first round of the tournament in Kanpur. The match saw Andhra score 470/10 in their first innings, after which Uttar Pradesh was reduced to 178/5 at one point.

Despite the early wickets, Rinku came in at number five and steadied the ship for his team. He played a patient innings, facing 180 balls to complete his century. Rinku will be seen in action Down Under
Rinku's next Team India assignment will be on the upcoming tour of Australia. The two teams will play five T20Is, which will be held from October 29 to November 8. Though Rinku has not been picked for the ODI leg of the tour, he continues to be a vital part of the T20I team. However, his spot in the playing XI is not certain.
