    What's the story

Mahindra's latest compact SUV, the XUV 3XO, has achieved a remarkable milestone by receiving 50,000 bookings within just an hour of opening.

The company reported an overwhelming response with 27,000 orders placed within the first 10 minutes.

Veejay Nakra, President of the Automotive Division at M&M Ltd., attributed this landmark achievement to customers' trust in Mahindra and its commitment to innovation and exceeding expectations.

    Demand management

Mahindra aims to manage high demand, shorten waiting periods

Despite the strong demand for the XUV 3XO, Mahindra is committed to keeping waiting periods in check.

To handle this high demand, the company has allocated a monthly manufacturing capacity of 9,000 units for this subcompact SUV.

Nakra emphasized that the company has already produced 10,000 units and deliveries are set to begin from May 26.

    Market competition

Mahindra XUV 3XO: A competitive contender in the SUV market

The XUV 3XO is available in nine broad trims with three engine options, making it a competitive choice against rivals such as Hyundai Venue, Kia Sonet, and Tata Nexon.

The prices range from ₹7.49 lakh to ₹15.49 lakh (ex-showroom).

The SUV comes equipped with several first-in-segment features like dual-zone automatic climate control, a panoramic sunroof, an electronic parking brake, and Level 2 ADAS for safety.

    Feature-rich

Mahindra XUV 3XO: Packed with advanced features and safety measures

The XUV 3XO boasts a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, four speakers, steering-mounted audio controls, remote keyless entry, USB-A and rear USB-C charging ports, cruise control, and a 360-degree camera with blind-view monitoring.

For safety measures, the SUV comes standard with six airbags, electronic stability control (ESC), and ISOFIX child seat mounts.

These advanced features further enhance the appeal of this compact SUV in the competitive market.
