Maruti Suzuki just pulled off its biggest-ever service network expansion, adding 502 new touchpoints this year.
Now, with 5,926 service spots spread across nearly 3,000 cities and towns, it's even easier for car owners to get help, whether at ARENA and NEXA workshops or through mobile services like Service-on-Wheels.
Maruti Suzuki targets 8,000 touchpoints
Starting way back in 1983, Maruti's service network hit its first big milestone of 1,000 locations by 1997 and recently crossed the 5,000 mark in May 2024.
Hisashi Takeuchi says making services and spare parts accessible is key for happy customers.
Looking ahead, Maruti aims to reach around 8,000 touchpoints by FY 2030-31.
