Honda Motor Company is a Japanese multinational conglomerate with its headquarters located in Minato, Tokyo. It manufactures motorcycles, cars, aircraft (HondaJet), as well as power equipment, and is involved in AI and Robotics research and development. The company introduced its first humanoid robot, ASIMO in 2000. Founded by Soichiro Honda in 1946 and established in 1948, Honda created its first complete D-Type motorcycle named Dream, in 1949, followed by the T360 mini pickup truck, and the S500 sports car. It is the first Japanese company to launch a dedicated luxury brand, Acura, in 1986. Honda’s current portfolio includes automobiles like Accord, Civic, NSX, and Clarity Fuel Cell, motorcycles like Gold Wing, CB/CBR series, and Rebel 500, among others.
