Ola S1 Pro purchase window reopens: Here's how to book
After a long gap, Ola Electric has reopened the purchase window for its S1 Pro electric scooter. Customers with reservations get exclusive early access to purchase the two-wheeler on Thursday, while others can buy it on Friday (March 18). A special edition "Gerua" color is also available but only till Friday. The process of purchasing can be done online via the Ola mobile app.

Ola Electric's S1 and S1 Pro e-scooters have been in the limelight for both good and bad reasons. The company had to close the purchase window of the scooters due to production and delivery-related issues. However, Ola has now re-opened the purchase window for the S1 Pro, aiming to put the past woes behind and meet fresh purchase orders.
How to buy the Ola S1 Pro?
Open the Ola mobile application and find the section on S1 Pro. If you have already purchased, add the delivery location. If you have only reserved, proceed to pay the balance amount. In the next step, you can either choose EMI or make the full payment digitally. You can also order helmets or buy insurance from the app itself. Deliveries will commence in April.
The scooter packs a 7.0-inch digital instrument cluster
The Ola S1 Pro sits on a tubular frame with an indicator-mounted front apron, a single-piece seat, a smiley-shaped headlight, and a flat footboard. It houses an all-LED lighting setup and a 7.0-inch digital instrument cluster with support for voice control, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi connectivity. The e-scooter rides on 12-inch aluminium alloy wheels and is offered in 10 color variants (excluding the new Gerua).
It has a top speed of 115km/h
The Ola S1 Pro houses an 8.5kW electric motor, paired with a 3.97kWh battery pack. It delivers a range of 181km and offers a top speed of 115km/h. For rider's safety, it has disc brakes on both wheels, a combined braking system, cruise control, and hill hold assist. The scooter has a single fork on the front and a mono-shock unit on the rear.
Ola S1 Pro: Pricing and availability
The Ola S1 Pro is priced at Rs. 1.3 lakh (ex-showroom). As for the availability, it can be booked starting today and the deliveries of the scooter will start from next month.
