Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone (APSEZ) has announced a consolidated net profit of ₹3,043 crore for the third quarter of FY26. The figure marks a 21% jump from ₹2,518 crore in the same period last year. The company's revenue also saw a significant surge, rising 22% to ₹9,705 crore from ₹7,964 crore in Q3 FY25.

APSEZ raises FY26 revenue and EBITDA guidance

The company's Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITDA) improved by 20% to ₹5,786 crore from ₹4,802 crore in the same quarter last year. APSEZ has also raised its FY26 revenue guidance to ₹38,000 crore from an earlier range of ₹36,000-38,000 crore. The company has increased its EBITDA guidance for FY26 to ₹22,800 crore, ₹800 crore more than the earlier upper band of ₹22,000 crore.

APSEZ's Whole-time Director and CEO, Ashwani Gupta, commented on the company's strong performance and future plans. He said, "As India's largest and the world's fastest-growing Integrated Transport Utility, APSEZ has once again delivered a strong and resilient performance." Gupta also emphasized their commitment to doubling the revenue and EBITDA by FY29 via capacity expansion, operational efficiency, and sustainability initiatives.

Logistics and marine segments drive growth

APSEZ's asset-light services strategy has significantly boosted its performance in Q3 FY26, with the logistics revenue rising to ₹1,121 crore (up 62% YoY). EBITDA from the International Freight Network service expanded by 770bps YoY. The company also reported a major boost in marine segment revenue due to ongoing vessel acquisitions: ₹773 crore (up 91% YoY), with EBITDA surging 135% YoY to ₹428 crore.
