RMZ from Bengaluru is gearing up to massively scale its data center game, aiming to jump from 250 megawatts to 2-3 gigawatts in the next five years.
This move comes as AI and cloud services are booming, and RMZ is in the final stages of discussions for three huge new projects that would take its total capacity to more than 1 gigawatt.
RMZ unveils $35B colocation AI push
To keep up with demand, RMZ plans to buy more land this year for even more capacity.
In April, they announced a more than $35 billion push into colocation data centers and AI-focused projects, plus hinted at a possible IPO down the line.
They're also teaming up with U.K.-based Colt Data Centre Services, hoping to ride the wave of India's fast-growing digital infrastructure scene.
