DRHP shows Jio 50% India wireless broadband market share
Jio is officially leading the pack in India's telecom scene, according to its latest DRHP filed with SEBI.
As of March 2026, Jio holds 50% of the country's wireless broadband market, way ahead of Airtel at 35% and Vodafone Idea at just 13%.
The numbers were shared right after Reliance Industries's big annual meeting.
Jio adds 36.2 million, posts ₹1.47L/cr
Jio added 36.2 million customers during the year, bringing its total to a massive 524.4 million subscribers.
That's more than Airtel India's 482.4 million and miles ahead of Vodafone Idea's 192.8 million.
On the money front, Jio pulled in ₹1.47 lakh crore in revenue for FY26, outperforming Airtel and tripling Vodafone Idea's revenue from operations.
Plus, with users averaging 42.3GB of data per month and a super low churn rate (just 1.67%), Jio looks set to keep growing as it gears up for a major IPO to raise funds and pay down debt.
