DS Group invests ₹400cr to bring W Hotel to Delhi-NCR

W Hotels (by Marriott) is set to open its first spot in Delhi-NCR by late 2027.
The DS Group is putting in ₹400 crore to turn Uppal's Orchid Hotel, near IGI Airport, into a stylish new property with 200 rooms.
This will be only the second W Hotel in India after Goa.
DS Group targets 2,000 rooms
W Hotels are all about bold design and fresh experiences: think rooftop bars instead of boring buffets.
The DS Group says this project is part of their bigger plan to add more unique hotels across India, aiming for 2,000 rooms by 2029 with a total investment of ₹1,000 crore.
