
21 fresh IPOs worth ₹4,450cr to open this week
What's the story
The Indian primary market is gearing up for a busy week, startin today. A total of 21 initial public offerings (IPOs) worth over ₹4,450 crore will be available for subscription. Of these, five are from the mainboard segment and the rest are from small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Glottis Logistics, Fabtech Technologies, and Om Freight Forwarders are the first three IPOs hitting Dalal Street, with subscriptions opening today.

Glottis Logistics, Om Freight Forwarders to kick off mainboard issues
Glottis Logistics, a multi-modal logistics solutions provider, plans to raise ₹307 crore through its public issue. The company has set a price band of ₹120-129 per share for the offer. Meanwhile, Om Freight Forwarders, another logistics services provider, intends to raise ₹122.3 crore at the upper end of a price band of ₹128-135 per share.

WeWork India's ₹3,000cr IPO launches on October 3
Pharmaceutical machine manufacturer Fabtech Technologies has set a price band of ₹181-191 per share for its IPO, hoping to raise ₹230.35 crore. Agrochemical company Advance Agrolife will also launch its IPO this week with a target of raising ₹192.9 crore at a price range of ₹95-100 per share. WeWork India's IPO opens on October 3 with an ambitious target of raising ₹3,000 crore through its maiden public issue at a price band of ₹615-648 per share.
SME listings
16 SME IPOs will be launched on September 29-30
A total of 16 companies will launch their IPOs in the SME segment on September 29-30. These include Chiraharit, Sodhani Capital, Vijaypd Ceutical, Om Metallogic, Suba Hotels and Dhillon Freight Carrier (September 29) and Sunsky Logistics, Munish Forge, Sheel Biotech, Infinity Infoway, Shlokka Dyes, Shipwaves Online, Greenleaf Envirotech, Valplast Technologies, BAG Convergence, Zelio E-Mobility (September 30).
Subscription closure
14 IPOs that opened last week will close for subscription
Along with the new public offerings, 14 IPOs that opened last week will close for subscription in the first two days of this week. The ₹819-crore public issue of Pace Digitek, a telecom power systems and renewable energy solutions provider, will close on September 30. Ethanol producer Trualt Bioenergy and construction machinery exporter Jinkushal Industries's IPOs will close on September 29.
Market debut
26 new companies will list on the market this week
This week, 26 new companies will be available for trading on the bourses, including 11 from the mainboard segment. Atlanta Electricals and Ganesh Consumer Products will make their market debuts on September 29. Seshaasai Technologies, Jaro Institute of Technology Management, Anand Rathi Share & Stock Brokers, and Solarworld Energy Solutions shares will start trading on September 30. Jain Resource Recycling, Epack Prefab Technologies, and BMW Ventures are scheduled for market debut on October 1.
