The Karnataka High Court just ruled that the ED's arrest of Gameskraft founders Deepak Singh, Vikas Taneja, and Prithviraj Singh was "contrary to law" and ordered them to be released right away.
They were arrested in May as part of a money laundering probe tied to FIRs from Telangana.
ED alleges Gameskraft laundered 250 cr
The ED accused Gameskraft of laundering ₹250 crore using fake transactions and cash deals on their real-money gaming platforms.
The company has been under investigation since May 2026 as part of a bigger crackdown on online gaming and betting scams, allegedly involving around ₹1,000 crore.
The ED also searched 17 locations linked to the company earlier this year.
