Liqvd Asia invests almost 35% of ₹37cr IPO into AI
Liqvd Asia, a digital marketing agency, is putting almost 35% of its ₹37 crore IPO funds into new AI tools.
Their focus? Smarter search (AEO and GEO), better video solutions, and performance tools: basically, ways to help brands stand out online.
Chairman and Managing Director Arnab Mitra shared that this push will make their campaigns faster and way more personalized.
Tesseract plans from ₹25,000 a month
Mitra explained how AI lets them automate complex tasks, like making nearly 1,000 personalized advertisements for every IPL match for a pharma client.
A big part of this is Tesseract (their platform acquired via AdLift), which helps brands get noticed on AI-powered search engines.
Tesseract already has around 250 Indian and US brands on board, with plans starting at ₹25,000 a month.
Liqvd Asia eyes acquisitions, US expansion
The company isn't stopping here. They're eyeing more acquisitions to grow bigger in India's digital marketing scene and expand globally, especially in the US where AdLift now brings in nearly half their revenue.
