Nagarro to hire 1,000 people in India

Business

Nagarro, a global digital engineering company, is set to hire about 1,000 people in India over the next year or so—mainly in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Pune.
With around 13,000 employees already in the country, this move is all about growing their team to keep up with worldwide business.

Tech talent shortage

CEO Manas Human says filling roles isn't easy right now—there are 700 open positions, and increased hiring in startups and global centers has contributed to a shortage of tech talent.
Plus, uncertain times mean many workers are staying put instead of switching jobs.
Nagarro is keeping a close eye on how well their hiring strategies work.

AI integration in companies

Human also pointed out that most companies have yet to begin integrating AI into their main systems—a tough but important step that goes beyond basic tools.
He expects the real wave of AI investment will soon focus on transforming how businesses actually run.
