Nitu Bhushan is Nestle India's new HR head
Nestle India just named Nitu Bhushan as their next Head of Human Resources, starting March 2026. She's currently leading HR for South Asia at Pernod Ricard India.
Meanwhile, Svetlana Boldina, currently Executive Director - Finance & Control and Chief Financial Officer, is moving to another Nestle role after 32 years with the company.

Bhushan brings more than 22 years of experience in building teams and shaping workplace culture.
She's worked at big names like Accenture, HSBC, Mondelez, Abbott, and Asian Paints, focusing on talent development and gender parity along the way.
Who else is moving around?
It's not just Bhushan—Nestle India is seeing a few leadership changes.
Boldina leaves at the end of January 2026 (her replacement isn't named yet), while Satish Srinivasan, Executive Director-Technical, retires in May 2026.
Jagdeep Singh Marahar will step into his shoes as Head-Technical from May 1, 2026 and become Whole-time Director on June 1, 2026 (pending approvals).
