Piyush Goyal urges investors to invest at Bharat Innovates 2026
Commerce and industry minister Piyush Goyal is telling investors, both global and local, that now is the time to jump in and invest in India.
At Bharat Innovates 2026 in France, he talked up India's huge market, strong policies, and government support, saying, "To our investors, and venture funds, the time is now, get into action and start investing before it is too late. Indian family offices, Indian venture capital funds, Indian investors, Indian corporates, they all have to come into action," by Piyush Goyal.
Goyal urges manufacturing partnerships, talent return
Goyal also highlighted how Indian corporates, family offices, and venture funds can speed things up by working closely with startups, especially in manufacturing, to make India a true innovation hub.
He encouraged Indian talent abroad to consider coming back home and asked for ideas on how the government can make that easier, pointing out their key role in growing India's tech scene.
