PwC India and PwC US are joining forces to create a single global consulting venture.
By combining their India-based consulting and advisory services, they're hoping to deliver smoother, more innovative solutions for clients in India, the US and beyond.
Transaction expected to close H1 2027
The transaction is expected to close in the first half of calendar year 2027, subject to closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
As Sanjeev Krishan of PwC India put it, their domestic clients gain access to best-in-class global capabilities and the multinational and GCC clients are served more seamlessly, while making things better for multinationals too.
The new team will blend talent from both firms to offer seamless support across markets.
