RBI opens 12 young professional roles in Mumbai paying ₹1.5L/month
The RBI just opened up 12 Young Professional spots for people passionate about AI, quantum tech, cybersecurity, or climate change risk.
These roles are based at the Central Office in Mumbai and offer a stipend of ₹1.5 lakh per month (before taxes).
The contract runs for three years, with a possible extension to five.
RBI eligibility application deadline and terms
If you're an Indian citizen above 21 and not more than 30 years old as of July 6, 2026 (that's also your last day to apply), you're eligible.
These are full-time, fixed-term positions (no side gigs allowed) and don't lead to permanent jobs at RBI.
Expect regular office hours with no extra pay for overtime or holidays, plus 15 days of annual leave that can't be carried forward.
Joining happens between August and October 2026 after all clearances are done.
