Reliance Retail is shooting for a massive ₹1 lakh crore in revenue by FY30, leaning into AI and smart data to get there.
The company just wrapped up FY26 with ₹3.7 trillion in sales (up 11.8%) and profits rising to ₹138.38 billion.
Reliance Retail: 1.93B transactions, 387 million customers
The numbers are big: transaction volumes soared 39% to hit 1.93 billion in FY26, while the customer base grew to 387 million, shared by Executive Director Isha Ambani at the AGM.
Reliance now runs 20,160 stores; JioMart expanded across more than 1,200 cities with daily orders growing 3.6 times year-on-year, and AJIO's catalog ballooned to three million products.
In beauty and wellness, they launched Ayurveda-inspired Puraveda under Tira and picked up Pahadi Local, showing they're serious about making Indian brands global.
