Roelof Botha joins SpaceX board after largest IPO ever

Roelof Botha, who used to lead Sequoia Capital, is now on SpaceX's board of directors. He steps in less than a week after SpaceX went public in the largest IPO ever.
Botha will serve until the next annual shareholder meeting and will also join the audit committee.

SpaceX highlighted Botha's strong background with public companies and audit work as big reasons for bringing him on board.
Fun fact: He and Elon Musk briefly overlapped at PayPal in 2000, so there's some history between them!
