Samhi Hotels plans ₹2,200cr expansion to reach ₹3,000cr target
Samhi Hotels, based in Gurugram, is setting its sights high, planning to more than double its revenue from ₹1,200 crore to ₹3,000 crore over the next five years.
Founder, Chairman, Managing Director and CEO Ashish Jakhanwala says this leap will be powered by a hefty ₹2,200 crore investment in new projects like the W Hotel in Hyderabad and a Westin in Bengaluru.
RARE India expands to 71 hotels
To keep momentum going, Samhi is eyeing new hotel acquisitions and expanding its asset management platform RARE India, which now covers 71 hotels.
Their occupancy rates are already climbing, with occupancy levels approaching 80% in June, and they're aiming for stronger cash flow and lower debt as more hotels join the Marriott system later this year.
All eyes are on FY28 for these plans to pay off.
