Sugar Cosmetics cuts losses 41% to ₹79.3 cr in FY26
Business
Sugar Cosmetics managed to shrink its losses by 41% this year, bringing them down to ₹79.3 crore thanks to some serious cost-cutting.
But while expenses dropped 18.9%, revenue from operations also slipped by 10.7%, landing at ₹361 crore for fiscal 2026.
Sugar trims ads and salary spending
The company trimmed spending on ads and salaries, which helped improve its margins a bit.
Still, the beauty space is heating up: rival Renee Cosmetics saw its revenue jump 37%.
On the bright side, Sugar recently raised fresh capital and plans to use it to boost distribution and get more efficient as it competes for a bigger slice of the market.
