The acquisition will be made at an enterprise value of €320 million, excluding customary post-closing adjustments for net debt and working capital. This strategic move is part of a larger five-year partnership between TCS and Porsche, worth €1.25 billion.

As part of the partnership with Porsche, TCS will set up an AI Mobility Centre of Excellence.
