Vedanta Power's stock made a comeback on Wednesday, climbing 4% after slipping for two days since its Monday market debut.
The shares started at ₹41.80 but dipped twice before rebounding to ₹42, pushing the company's market value above ₹16,126 crore.
Vedanta Power runs over 4GW capacity
The company runs over 4 GW of power plants across Punjab, Andhra Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Odisha: think big projects like the Talwandi Sabo Thermal Plant and Meenakshi Energy.
With long-term deals with state utilities in place, Vedanta Power is aiming high: it wants to become one of India's top three private thermal power producers by FY33 as part of a bigger group shake-up.
