WeWork India just pulled in a hefty ₹1,348 crore from anchor investors ahead of its much-anticipated IPO, which kicks off October 3 and wraps up October 7.
The company is offering about 4.6 crore shares, priced between ₹615 and ₹648 each, as part of a larger ₹3,000 crore offer-for-sale.

A total of 67 anchor investors—including big names like Goldman Sachs, Allianz Global, and ICICI Prudential—snapped up over 2 crore shares at the top price band.
Indian mutual funds alone grabbed nearly one crore shares worth over ₹600 crore.
Right now, WeWork India runs more than one lakh desks across 68 centers, with most spaces rated Grade A as of June 2025.
