Chase 'Lilo & Stitch' voice actor dies at 35

Daveigh Chase, who brought Lilo to life in Disney's Lilo & Stitch, has died at 35.
Her boyfriend Roy Hernandez shared that she passed away from meningitis and sepsis on Tuesday. Earlier this month, she was hospitalized for malnutrition.
Chase had faced tough times recently, including a painful falling out with her family and struggling to find safety and happiness in downtown LA.
Fans fill Instagram as Hernandez praises
After the news broke on Wednesday, fans filled her last Instagram post (a black-and-white photo with a unicorn balloon) with tributes to her work in Lilo & Stitch, Spirited Away, and Donnie Darko.
Hernandez called her "a light" in his life and spoke about the hope they found together despite hard times.
