Adam Driver, known for playing Adam Sackler on HBO's Girls, has confirmed he won't be part of the upcoming revival.

Dunham details tensions in 'Famesick'
In her memoir Famesick, Lena Dunham shares that while her and Driver's on-screen chemistry was strong, things off-camera could get tense. She mentions there were some tough moments but says she's still grateful for what they created together.
Although they haven't spoken since 2017, Dunham is excited to revisit the Girls universe with the original cast (minus Driver) in a five-episode revival with production scheduled to begin in 2027.
