    What's the story

A fresh case has been filed against Gandii Baat fame actor Gehana Vasisth for gangrape and wrongful confinement by the Mumbai Police.

The case was filed after a model alleged that she was forced to participate in sexual acts with three men for a video.

Vasisth was arrested earlier on February 6 for being part of an alleged porn racket.

    Here are more details.

The model who filed the case has claimed that she was kept in the dark about the sex scene when she was offered the film.

However, Vasisth's lawyers have reportedly denied the allegations.

Police had said that many website owners were luring women by promising them roles in "web series," but eventually pushing them to act in porn films.

    Defense

Vasisth's publicist had claimed innocence in official statement

Vasisth's publicist Flynn Remedios had issued a statement claiming that she was innocent.

The statement read, "Gehana Vasisth... is totally innocent. She is not involved in any porn film racket. As the producer and director of her company GV Studios, she has only produced and directed films that are permissible in law and at most can be classified or categorized as erotica (sic)."
