Industry insider says producers may already have next Bond pick
Big news for Bond fans: casting for the next 007 is almost wrapped up.
Industry insider Daniel Richtman says producers might already have their pick to succeed Daniel Craig, who finished his run with No Time To Die.
Screen tests were also reportedly expected to take place in August, with director Denis Villeneuve and producers Amy Pascal and David Heyman informing actors who had progressed to the next stage of auditions.
Turner and Lowden among Bond favorites
The finalists are still a mystery, but names like Callum Turner, Jack Lowden, Jacob Elordi, Harris Dickinson, and Aaron Taylor-Johnson keep popping up.
Turner and Lowden are rumored favorites in recent speculation and betting markets.
With 25 films since Ian Fleming's 1953 espionage novels (and six actors playing the legendary spy so far), the excitement is real as fans wait to see who'll step into those iconic shoes next.
