Reliance Strategic Business Ventures Limited (RSBVL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Reliance Industries Limited, just acquired a 50.1% stake in Sikhya Entertainment for ₹150 crore, sealing the deal on February 2, 2026.
This gives Jio control over Sikhya, the studio behind several award-winning films and documentaries.
