Bollywood actor Preity G Zinta has reportedly rented a luxury apartment in Mumbai's upscale Pali Hill neighborhood. The property is on a two-year lease with a monthly rent starting at ₹6 lakh, according to CRE Matrix. The apartment, located in the Art Veda building, spans around 1,500 sq. ft. and includes a 100 sq. ft parking space.

Rental agreement effective from May 27
The rental agreement, signed with MS Union Land and Building Society Ltd, is effective from May 27, 2026. The first year of the lease will see Zinta paying a monthly license fee of ₹6 lakh, which will increase to ₹6.5 lakh in the second year. As part of the deal, she has also reportedly paid a security deposit of ₹27 lakh.

Recent property sales in Pali Hill
The rental agreement comes on the heels of Zinta's recent property transactions in the area. Earlier this year, she sold an apartment in Pali Hill for ₹18.5 crore. The sale was her second property transaction within four months, having sold a 1,474 sq. ft apartment on the 11th floor of Rustomjee Parishram building for over ₹14 crore in November 2025.

On the work front, Zinta is gearing up for her upcoming film Batwara 1947. The movie also stars Shabana Azmi, Sunny Deol, Ali Fazal, and Abhimanyu Singh. Produced by Aamir Khan Productions, it is set against the backdrop of Partition and will explore themes of courage, resilience, and the human spirit in a time of violence and uncertainty. It will release on August 14.
