'Vishwanath & Sons' crosses 115.25cr India in 10 days
Vishwanath & Sons, starring Suriya and Mamitha Baiju, has smashed past ₹115.25 crore gross at the Indian box office in only 10 days.
The film pulled in around ₹22.25 crore during its second weekend alone, and director Venky Atluri's Tamil original is getting a lot of love from Telugu-speaking audiences.
'Vishwanath & Sons' nets 49cr AP/Telangana
The largest share of earnings is from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana (₹49 crore), with Tamil Nadu close behind (₹43.75 crore).
Karnataka added ₹14 crore, Kerala chipped in ₹7 crore, and other regions brought in another ₹1.5 crore.
Telugu markets are set to cross ₹60 crore soon, making this a big win there, though Tamil Nadu distributors might not be as happy.
'Vishwanath & Sons' faces 'Toxic' test
The movie's strong run is about to be tested by the release of Toxic.
Still, Vishwanath & Sons looks ready to hold its ground for now.
