APSRTC bus accident in Prakasam injures 14 passengers

An APSRTC bus carrying 25 people from Nuziveedu to Srisailam flipped over in Prakasam district on Friday morning after the driver lost control.
Fourteen passengers were hurt—six with fractures—and everyone was quickly taken to a local health center, then shifted to Kurnool Government Hospital for better care.
Case filed against driver for negligence
The passengers came from different cities like Kolkata, Bellary, and Visakhapatnam.
Police have registered a case against the driver for negligent driving under Section 125(a) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
A case has been registered and further action is pending.
