Cold wave alert for Karnataka: Bengaluru to stay chilly this week

Heads up, Karnataka! The IMD has issued a cold wave alert for several areas in Karnataka, but not for Bengaluru itself until at least December 20.
Expect cool days around 28°C and pretty nippy nights between 14-16°C all week.
While no warning has been issued for Bengaluru until at least December 20, folks in north interior Karnataka should brace for a sharp drop on December 15.

Other states feeling the chill too

Odisha is shivering, with 12 towns dipping below 10°C—G Udayagiri hit just 4.2°C!
Eastern Uttar Pradesh is gearing up for dense fog from December 14-16 (especially on the 14th and 15th).
Telangana and interior Karnataka are also in for some extra cold weather over the next few days.
