'Conspiracy': PM Modi on Delhi blast during Bhutan visit

India

A tragic blast near Delhi's Red Fort on November 10 left 12 people dead and over 20 injured.
Prime Minister Modi, speaking from Bhutan, called it a "conspiracy" and promised that Indian agencies are fully committed to finding out who's behind it and making sure justice is served.

Modi's return to India delayed by few hours

Modi shared his condolences with the victims' families, assuring them that "The conspirators behind this will not be spared."
Investigators are looking into Dr. Umar U Nabi as a possible suspect, while Jammu and Kashmir Police along with Haryana Police seized a large amount of explosives a few hours before the attack.
Despite the incident, Modi continued important talks in Bhutan to strengthen ties before returning to Delhi on November 12.
