Delhi CM leads massive Ring Road cleaning drive

Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta kicked off a large-scale road-washing and cleaning campaign on the Ring Road, with ministers and officials joining her to sweep streets and spray water.
It's the first time in Delhi's history that the entire Ring Road is being washed to tackle dust pollution head-on.

Road dust is a big reason for Delhi's poor air quality, so this isn't just about cleaner streets—it's about healthier air.
The city is ramping up mechanical sweeping, building better roads, and giving out electric heaters to cut down on coal and wood use.
Citizens are also being asked to report pollution sources within 72 hours, showing that everyone has a part in making Delhi's air cleaner.
