Delhi girls' fight over boy leads to gang war

A clash between two girls in southwest Delhi's RK Puram over a 17-year-old boy turned violent on February 22.
After one girl accused the other of trying to steal her boyfriend, things escalated quickly: a blade attack left one girl with a deep cut on her cheek and other injuries.
Brother orders revenge, gang war ensues
The injured girl's brother, who is currently in Tihar Jail, allegedly asked an associate to retaliate.
On February 24, a group of men on motorcycles hunted for the first girl in Parvatiya Camp.
They mistakenly set fire to a house she ran into and fired shots before fleeing.
Police have since arrested two people and detained three minors from both sides as the investigation continues.
