Delhi HC clears Rishabh Basoya's return despite ₹13,000cr drug link
India
Rishabh Basoya, who has been linked to a ₹13,000 crore international drug trafficking ring, just got the green light from the Delhi High Court to come back to India from the UK.
The court has paused both the Red Corner Notice and Look Out Circular against him so he can return.
This move follows his father Virender Basoya's deportation from Dubai.
Basoya named proclaimed offender, entry conditional
Basoya was named a proclaimed offender last year after allegedly providing a vehicle tied to huge drug seizures.
The court made it clear: this relief is only for his entry; he must share travel details and cooperate with investigators or risk losing these privileges.
Once he lands in India, he will still face questioning or arrest as part of ongoing investigations under the NDPS Act.
