Delhi Police busts international meth cartel, seizes ₹262cr stash

India

Delhi Police and the NCB just busted a massive international meth operation in Chhatarpur, Delhi.
During "Operation Crystal Fortress" on November 20, they found 328.5kg of meth—worth a staggering ₹262 crore—at a Nagaland woman's home.
She and a Noida resident were arrested; the syndicate was controlled by foreign-based operators and is described as trans-national.

How the cartel worked—and what's next

The syndicate ran its business using encrypted apps, multiple couriers, and safe houses around Delhi-NCR.
One of those arrested, Shane Waris from Noida, admitted his role and gave info that led to the major seizure in Chhattarpur.
The suspected kingpin is still at large overseas and already wanted for another huge drug case; authorities are pushing for his deportation as they dig deeper into the group's finances and supply chain.
If you spot anything suspicious about narcotics, officials urge you to call the MANAS Helpline at 1933.
