Delhi's cold wave continues; temperature likely to rise this weekend

Delhi just had one of its coldest December nights so far this season, dropping to 5.6°C—four degrees below normal.
But don't pack away your hoodies just yet: the IMD says temperatures will climb a bit this weekend, with lows expected between 7-10°C through Monday.

Why bother?

Friday was super cold but didn't quite meet the official "cold wave" mark.
Air quality stayed stuck at "very poor" (AQI 327), thanks to all the pollution hanging around—though some stronger winds might clear things up soon.
And heads up: Delhi usually sees its coldest nights in the second half of December, so more icy evenings could be on the way.
