Delhi's March weather takes a turn, hits 18.8 degrees Celsius
Delhi hit a surprising low of 18.8 degrees Celsius on Monday, nearly five degrees warmer than usual for this time of year, according to the IMD.
Other spots like Lodi Road and Palam saw similar spikes, with Lodi Road clocking in at 5.8 degrees Celsius above normal.
Even areas like Ridge and Ayanagar felt the heat, as temperatures across the city stayed well above March averages.
Tuesday's forecast: A hot day ahead
It's not just about feeling a bit warmer: IMD says Tuesday could get as hot as 36 degrees Celsius, and skies will be partly cloudy.
But here's the kicker: even with these high temperatures, Delhi's air quality is still poor (AQI reports ranged from 236 to 312), which means more stress on your body and tougher times for anyone sensitive to pollution or heat.
So if you're heading out, keep an eye on both the weather and that AQI!
